In my early working life I trained as a chef, and still enjoy cooking and entertaining family and friends. I enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing, dragon boat racing, and go-karting. I have a certificate in classical music, and play the piano. I enjoy reading travel books, and have developed a particular interest in Chinese history and culture. I am a travel enthusiast, and have visited various parts of Europe, North America, and Asia.
